Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
Products (except mattresses) sold in-store have a 3 day (72 hours) return policy from the time you purchased the product. After 3 days there is no option for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS WILL INCUR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Special Order Items (non stocking items) are not eligible for return. Mattresses cannot be returned unless they are still in the original box.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: In the event your product is broken during intended use, manufacture warranty will be place. We will do our best to facilitate a repair or replacement product from the manufacturer.  Items that may be received damaged from carrier shipping, missing parts, or wrong color will be handled on a case by case basis. We will correct any wrongs on our behalf and do our absolute best to take care of our customers! 


EXCHANGES:
We can exchange items if they are found to be damaged or defective upon opening the package. Video proof of the issue showing the date & time in the video is required. Each situation will be different and handled on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING:

DELIVERY FEES: Delivery fees are non-refundable. 

DELIVERY INFO: Please ensure that you are ready for delivery for the time agreed on with vehicles moved and a clear path. You should allow a 2 hour window around that agreed time.  

DOESN'T FIT : Ensuring that the product will fit into your home and into the desired space is the customers responsibility. Our delivery team is not allowed to remove doors, railings, or other parts of your home so that it will fit. In some cases, the customers will need to hire a 3rd party with a lift for products to come into the home.  Products that do not fit and you do not wish to keep, will fall under our return policy. Special order items (non stocking items) are not eligible for return.
